Overview of the Project:

The complete refurbishment and conservation works to the existing stone built Boat House within the Conservation Area of Whitehead.  The works included a full re-roof with natural Bangor Blue Slate.  Installation of lead vent slates and wind vane on roof.  Decorative rafter tails and fascia.  Installation of cast iron roof lights and lead flashings.  Formation of new dorma window and sliding sash window.  New sandstone formed and installed around main entrance door.  Existing stone work re-built were failed and re-pointed through out with traditional lime mix render.  New concrete floor internally with built in electro osmosis system for a DPC.  New external railingand fencing.  New concrete yard for hand standing all below ground sevices within Historical Building Ref-HB22/06/011K Status Grade B2 Listed Building.
