Overview of the Project
The works involved the re-roofing of 12 number tenanted houses within the village of Cushendun on behalf of the National Trust. The scope of works – Removal and replacement of all natural slate roof coverings. Creation of new insulated roofs and dormers. New lead work throughout. Replacement cast iron rainwater goods. Refurbishment and replacement of both casement and sliding sash timber windows by traditional techniques. Laising directly with the tenants the scheme was completed within programme.
